Replacement Policy

We offer FREE replacements in the following cases:

Product arrived damaged or broken during transit

Wrong product was delivered

Product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., LED not working, broken compartments)

Missing parts or accessories from the package

Important: To claim a replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or clear photos of the damage/defect. This helps us verify the claim and process your replacement faster.

Share your Order ID, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description

Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

A replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost once approved

Replacement Timeline

Once approved, replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days and follow the standard shipping timeline.

Refund Policy

FancyThings follows a replacement-first policy. We do not offer monetary refunds as a default. However, if a replacement is not possible (e.g., product is out of stock and no suitable alternative exists), we will offer a full refund to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements/refunds are NOT applicable in the following situations:

Change of mind or “I don’t like it” after delivery

Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Damage caused by the customer after delivery

Claims raised after the 48-hour reporting window without valid reason

Products used, altered, or not in original condition

Unboxing Video — Why It Matters

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This is the fastest and most reliable way to validate a damage or defect claim. Without visual proof, processing may take longer as we’ll need to investigate with our courier partner.

COD Order Returns

If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges on future orders. Repeat refusals may result in COD being disabled for the account.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

We understand plans change! Here’s how cancellations work:

Before Dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at support@fancythings.shop with your Order ID. Cancellation requests made before dispatch will be processed immediately.

Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days

COD orders: Cancelled at no charge

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery and the order will be returned to us. In such cases, prepaid order refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product (minus any applicable return shipping charges). Repeated refusals may affect your COD availability for future orders.

Auto-Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if the delivery address is unserviceable, payment verification fails, or the product goes out of stock after the order is placed. In such cases, prepaid customers will receive an automatic full refund.
