While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to festivals and holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, remote area logistics, or courier partner operational delays. Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reach out to you to reship or process accordingly.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible depending on the courier partner.
